What Fitness Tarantula is All About

We like to think that our logo is metaphorical to your journey towards permanent sexiness. If we just accepted that we couldn't transform a tarantula into quite the looker, then we wouldn't have put in the hard work to do so.
The same goes for you. Just know that regardless of your current shape, your proclivity for plateauing, your busy schedule or whatever it is that usually holds you back from going the distance, with a little bit of self-reflection, some time-conscious hard work, and the right game plan and tools, you too can transform in ways that may on the surface have seemed impossible in the past. It's our mission to help you do exactly that.
Oh, and if you happen to prefer high-intensity exercise, our specialty is high-intensity fitness video solutions. Our inaugural membership will include over a year's worth of distinct 1-2 month long programs modeled after how our athletes get into shape themselves. Two of the programs are "stepping-stone" programs that can help you transition if you haven't worked out in awhile or are new to intense fitness.

Periodization and body-part specialization theory is built into this bodybuilding-specific program. You begin with a one-week tune-up and followed by a three-week loading phase that primes you for the hypertrophy (or growth) phase. For the fastest results, the loading and hypertrophy phases are meant to be tackled 6-days a week, but a 3-day a week alternative schedule is also included for you busy-bodies.

Whether you prefer a home or gym setting for your intense workouts, Anita offers a fierce and effective fix based on how she maintains her physique (which has landed her on the cover of Chicago Magazine). "The Challenge" is her body weight-based solution and "Anitamosity" is her equipment-based solution.
You'll probably hate her during the workouts, but you'll love her after you see the results she brings you.
“Extreme Yoga Boot Camp” is a literally non-stop bodyweight-based program that substitutes the "breaks" in between extreme-intensity boot camp-style circuits with power yoga. For one month, every muscle, every joint, every millimeter of your body will be worked. You will walk away stronger, more flexible, sexier, and enlightened to the reason why yoga is sweeping the nation right now (including you intense fitness junkies).
Also, in a rejuvenating and low-impact recovery workout named Recovery Yoga Flow, Kristin contributes the yang to the yin. Rest and recovery is when muscles repair and ultimately "grow". In Recovery Yoga Flow, Kristin helps you speed up the muscle repair process, keeps you loose, prevents injury, and of course keeps you sane after and in between bouts with more intense workouts. Lorene draws from her extensive intense fitness background which includes setting Junior Olympic world records in track and field, training for Olympic track and field for two years, Division 1 basketball, gymnastics, and recovering from almost not being able to walk again to getting back into elite athlete shape.
All of this experience is funneled into an intense month-long kettlebell based program called High Wattage that you can do at home or in the gym, as well as a gym-based stepping-stone program called Lift Off that will prepare you for and help you recover from some of the more intense programs.
In "Knockout Body in No Time", Tyrone challenges you with a vigorous one-month body-based program modeled after his long-time training regimen for getting into elite fighting shape prior to fighting in the Golden Gloves tournament. His style is a fast-paced fusion between classic boxing combinations and high-intensity plyometrics.
