Fitness Tarantula account holders may activate a Fitness Tarantula subscription ("Subscription"). Your Fitness Tarantula Subscription may begin with a free trial ("Free Trial Period"). If your Fitness Tarantula Subscription begins with a Free Trial Period, such Free Trial Period lasts for the time period specified during sign-up.

Fitness Tarantula is not obligated to offer a Free Trial. A Free Trial Period may not be combined with any other offer(s). You must have Internet access and a current valid accepted payment method as indicated during sign-up ("Payment Method") to activate a Subscription.

You are not eligible to receive a Free Trial Period if: (i) you have previously used a Free Trial Period; (ii) subscribed to Fitness Tarantula within the preceding 12 months; or (iii) your Payment Method or email address has previously been associated with a Fitness Tarantula Subscription.

Registration: To fully use the Site, you must register as a member by providing a user name, password, and valid email address. You must provide complete and accurate registration information to Fitness Tarantula and notify us if your information changes.

In the event that you upload any photographs, comments, video clips, or other media to the Site (the "Uploaded Content"), Fitness Tarantula has the exclusive right to use any and all such elements of the Uploaded Content in connection with and/or as part of its business, including in connection with and/or in any advertising in any and all media.
