Learn how to get the most out of the Fitness Tarantula app with these helpful guides.
Setting Up Your Workout Schedule
- Open the Fitness Tarantula app and tap on "Programs"
- Select a program you want to follow
- Tap "Schedule" to set your workout days
- Choose your start date and which days you want to work out
- Enable notifications to get reminders for your scheduled workouts
Pro Tip: Start with 3-4 days per week and increase as you build the habit!
Casting Your Workout Videos
For Chromecast:
- Make sure your phone and Chromecast are on the same WiFi network
- Open a workout video in the app
- Tap the Cast icon (rectangle with WiFi symbol) in the video player
- Select your Chromecast device
For Apple TV / AirPlay:
- Make sure your iPhone/iPad and Apple TV are on the same WiFi network
- Open a workout video in the app
- Tap the AirPlay icon in the video player
- Select your Apple TV
For Smart TVs:
- Check if your TV supports Chromecast built-in or AirPlay
- Follow the Chromecast or AirPlay instructions above
- Alternatively, visit fitnesstarantula.com in your TV's web browser
Tracking Your Body Composition
- Navigate to the Progress section in the app
- Tap "Body Measurements"
- Select "Add Measurement"
- Enter your caliper measurements for the specified body sites
- The app will calculate your body fat percentage and lean mass
Best Practice: Take measurements at the same time of day, preferably
in the morning before eating, for consistent results.
Working Out Without Internet
- Find the workout you want to download
- Tap the download icon (arrow pointing down)
- Wait for the download to complete (make sure you're on WiFi!)
- Access downloaded workouts from the "Downloaded" section in your library
Note: Downloaded videos will be removed after 30 days or when you
cancel your subscription, whichever comes first.
Using Multiple Devices
Your Fitness Tarantula account works across all your devices:

Simply log in with the same email and password on each device. Your progress, scheduled workouts, and preferences will sync automatically.
