STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Once you've downloaded the app and chosen a username, follow these steps:

1. Choose your focus from the list and tap "Next".


2. Choose your difficulty level from the list and tap "Next".


3. Choose your equipment preference from the list and tap "Next".


4. Browse suggested programs and tap "Select this Program" for the program of your choice.


5. Confirm your choice by tapping "Set as Current Program".


6. You're all set! Tap "Okay" to get started!

The following steps are for adding your photos via the "My Day" screen. If you're not currently on that screen, simply select it in the side menu.

1. Tap the "Photos" tab, and then tap "Add Photo".

Note: "Front" is selected by default. You'll follow the same steps for "Back" and "Side".


2. Tap the plus sign for the designated body portion. Note that the portion you came from in "My Day" is selected by default.


3. Choose how to add your photo.


4. Once you've added your photo, select "Upload". You'll be notified once it's been successfully uploaded.


5. When your photo finishes uploading, you can now return to "My Day" by tapping the back arrow in the navigation bar.


6. You'll see that your photo has been added!

The following steps are for setting your "Before Photos" via the "My Day" screen. If you're not currently on that screen, simply select it in the side menu.

  • Note: You'll need at least one added photo. If you need help adding a photo, follow the steps on the FAQ page for "Add Photos".


1. Tap the "Photos" tab, and then tap your photo.

Note: "Front" is selected by default. You'll follow the same steps for "Back" and "Side".


2. Tap the "Before" icon from the list of options at the bottom of the photo.


3. Tap "Yes" to confirm setting the photo as your "Before Photo".


4. Select "Before" from the Today/Before toggle, and you'll see your "Before Photo" has been set!

The following steps are for adding your body metrics via the "My Day" screen. If you're not currently on that screen, simply select it in the side menu.


1. Tap the "Goals" tab, and then tap the "Add" button in the "Today" box.

Note: "Body Fat Mass" is selected by default. Follow the same steps for the other metrics.


2. Enter your weight and body fat percentage. Your body fat mass and lean body mass will be calculated automatically.


3. Once you've entered your metric information, tap "Save" in the navigation bar.


4. Your metrics are now saved for the selected date!

1. Tap "My Body" from the list of options in the side menu.


2. Select "Metrics".


3. Tap the target icon in the navigation bar.

Note: "Body Fat Mass" is used for this tutorial. Follow the same steps for the other metrics.


4. Tap the metric you'd like to add a target to.


5. Add the amount you would like to lose or gain.

Note: "Lose" is selected by default.


6. Once you've added your target, tap "Set Target".


7. You'll see that your target has been set. When you're ready tap the back arrow in the navigation bar.


8. You can now see your target metric in the "Metrics" home screen.

The secret to staying in shape is to always have a follow-up routine! Make sure your next program is always scheduled!

1. Tap the "Next Program" area in the "My Day" screen.


2. Scroll through available programs. To see more information on a program, tap the expand icon.

Note: Apply filters to your search by tapping the filters icon on the right side of the navigation bar.


3. When you find the program you want, tap "Schedule this Program" from the expanded program.


4. Tap "Set as Next Program" to confirm your choice.


5. You've successfully scheduled your next program! Tap "Okay".


6. You're all set! The program you scheduled can now be seen in the "Next Program" area of "My Day".

1. Tap "Workout Room" in the "My Day" screen.


2. Tap "Workout" in the "Pre-Workout" screen.


3. In the "Workout" screen, if you have a device nearby, you'll see an unconnected cast icon. Tap the icon.


4. Tap your device to connect it.


5. You'll see that your cast icon is filled in, which means you have a successful connection. Now you can tap the video play button to cast the workout video.


6. You can now control the video on the TV via the app with the tools on the bottom of the screen. You can minimize this screen by tapping the down arrow icon.


7. You'll now see a cast tool bar at the bottom of the screen. To see the full-screen cast options, you can tap it at any time.
